The new moon, on April 7th, is in Aries. This moon will ask us to move beyond our established comfort zones. This new moon is also conjunct Uranus and square Pluto. It’s an energy capable of renewing and transformational effects. Expect some unexpected or disconcerting developments at this time and be prepared for quite an intense surge of energy. It is from this point that we’re really moving forward in the year at last, and we are doing so with great vitality!

Mars retrogrades on April 17th and something based in the past that you may have been thinking about recently will find its new place in your journey! You can revive old projects or complete unfinished business.

The full moon in Scorpio on the 22nd brings increased awareness and some “aha” moments.

Mercury retrogrades in Taurus on the 28th April, with all its attendant issues regarding travel and communication. Since Taurus has an affinity with nature and gardening, a good way to balance the Mercury retrograde instability is to work outside in the garden or just spend time outdoors in general.

Then breathe in and out through the mouth, taking in a good amount of air. When you pant like a dog the body’s natural response is to breathe deep into the abdomen.
